About Lisa

I was born in St. Petersburg and grew up in Treasure Island in my youth. Life took us back to Southern Indiana but it was always my Dad’s dream to live in this beautiful place. I lost him very early in life, but made it my goal to return to the place I’ve loved all these years, to do what I love. I returned here, after buying a condo in Gulfport, in June of 2018. I’ve been a licensed Broker in Southern Indiana since 2002 with Semonin Realtors. I received my Broker license here in 2012, but converted that to salesperson license when I activated it here, in sunny Florida in 2018 and, never looked back. I’ve been a consistent Top Producer, but what I value more than anything is the recognition I have received for excellence in customer service. My core values are always with me: honesty and integrity, continual pursuit of excellence, mutual respect, loyalty in my relationships and family takes priority.
