Welcome to our Forever Florida Real Estate website! Tom and Melissa live in Pasadena, Melissa is a Florida native, and Tom has called St. Pete Florida home since the age of four after moving from Rockford Illinois.

Melissa and I have a vast knowledge of the unique layout of neighborhoods & streets in the St. Pete area & The Gulf Beaches. We know the great hidden gems along the waterways from Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks and from bay to bay in St. Pete. And don't forget the quaint city of Gulfport, the eclectic Art's District, white sandy beaches & fabulous restaurants.

For sellers - we can list, market (includes professional photography) and sell your home when you're ready to move. For buyers - we can guide you through the search and buying process from showings, writing the offer and closing. We can help find your perfect property - primary residential, vacation income property or investment. We'll also create your own personalized MLS Search Map that is constantly updating with new listings.
