Patrick grew up in Columbus Ohio and spent many vacations in St Pete Beach. Patrick has had family in St Pete Beach since the early 60’s (parents & grandparents in ST Pete Beach).

Patrick is one of the few who has a 4 year Degree in Real Estate with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Franklin University. Patrick went to a night school at Franklin University and worked for a Property Management Co. during the days. He decided to get his degree in Real Estate due to his intrigue in Real Estate and his love for restoring old houses. After graduation, Patrick was able to buy up 5 investment properties in the Short North Columbus area. Meanwhile, he worked full-time at CitiGroup (Citi-Bank) for 15 years

His parents introduced him to Gulfport during a vacation trip in 2012. Patrick instantly fell in love with the area and moved down permanently in 2013. After moving, Patrick began fixing up a total of 12 houses in and around St Pete, Gulfport, and Redington Beach/Redington Shores. Patrick is currently a resident of Gulfport in the Stetson University district. Patrick thoroughly enjoys the area’s restaurants, beaches, bike trails & his love for Running and Real Estate.

Patrick’s expertise is in Real Estate Management, Marketing, and Customer Service. He emphasizes doing things Ethically, Honestly and Accurately.
